For 15 years, I led a team that mastered this principle, closing 400+ loans annually while maintaining a seamless experience for borrowers, Realtors, title companies, and internal partners alike — processors, underwriters, closers, and funders. That combination of high-volume production and consistent quality doesn't happen by accident; it takes deep technical knowledge, a genuine passion for guidelines, and the leadership to translate both into efficient team performance. My early exposure to this business — weekends spent in my mother's mortgage office — instilled the hard work and integrity that still drive me today. That foundation, paired with a career-long commitment to education and adapting to an ever-changing market, is what referring partners trust when they work with me. Outside of loans, you'll usually find me exploring new places or supporting local restaurants around town with family and friends — travel and good food are two more of my passions.
