Chris Zappia is a mortgage professional, entrepreneur, husband, and proud father of four — two boys and two girls. Before entering the mortgage industry, Chris spent nearly 20 years in the automotive business with BMW, where he built his career around sales, customer service, relationship building, and creating an exceptional client experience. After purchasing multiple homes of his own and going through the refinance process several times, Chris saw firsthand how much the mortgage experience could be improved. Too often, communication was lacking, the process felt unnecessarily complicated, and the level of personal service simply wasn't what he believed such an important financial decision deserved. That experience ultimately inspired Chris to make a career change. In 2021, he transitioned from the automotive industry into mortgage lending — and he hasn't looked back. Today, Chris brings the same commitment to service and relationships that defined his automotive career to helping clients navigate home financing. His experience includes conventional, FHA, VA, construction, investment property, and alternative lending programs, with a particular ability to help business owners, self-employed borrowers, and clients with more complex financial situations. Chris believes obtaining a mortgage should be more than a transaction. His goal is to provide the level of communication, accessibility, and personal attention he wished he had received when purchasing and refinancing his own homes. For Chris, the most rewarding part of the business is helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership and financial goals while building relationships that continue long after the loan closes.
